Leaf Chain is basic structure there, which held by validators(public miners) and local data transmitters(aka local dynamic ip miners).

LPN(Leaf Payment Network) is onchain structure that let you send/receive funds to/from LPS.

LPS(Local Payment System) is offchain structure that have funds on Leaf Chain and contacts via LPN.
